We’ll usually respond within a few hours, but sometimes we might be busy helping other customers, eating cheese toasties, or grabbing a coffee. If it’s urgent please do give us a ring :)

Help articles

If you prefer to DIY, we have a google folder of help articles available; jump in and have a look around. We are considering setting up a more full, easy to search help articles section, but first we would love to know if you would use it. Remote Assistance

Sometimes its easier to resolve a problem if we can experience it first hand. We use a program called Team Viewer to make this process simple and secure. You can grab a copy of it from get.teamviewer.com/d6quick
